SwiftMo is the trading name of Tomás Swift-Metcalfe, a sole trader registered in Portugal. All references to “SwiftMo”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this Policy refer to this sole trader.


TL;DR

  • Refunds for monthly and annual subscriptions are proportional to unused time.
  • Founder tier payments are non-refundable.
  • No refunds apply after 8 months of an annual subscription to prevent misuse.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly plan cost: €11.99 per month.
  • If you cancel mid-month, you are refunded for the unused portion.
    • Example: If you paid €11.99 and cancel after 2 weeks, you will receive €5.99.

2. Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual plan cost: €95.88 per year (equivalent to €11.99/month).
  • Refunds are calculated proportionally to unused months, but no refund is given after 8 months of use.
    • Example: If you cancel after 6 months, 2 months remain → you are refunded €23.98.
    • Example: If you cancel after 8 months or more → no refund is provided.

3. Founder Tier

  • Payments for the Founders “Lifetime Access” tier (€199.99) are strictly non-refundable.
  • This ensures early supporters and lifetime users receive exclusive benefits without misuse.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact SwiftMo support at info@swiftmo.com.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  • SwiftMo reserves the right to verify subscription use before issuing a refund.

  • Refunds are subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where legally required.
