Use the app at your own risk — always consult a professional before changing exercise, diet, or health routines.
Your data is stored in compliance with GDPR.
We bear no responsibility for data loss, however occasioned.
Your data may be used to improve AI and for scientific research with your consent.
You may request deletion of all your data at any time.
By using SwiftMo, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SwiftMo’s website, apps, or services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

The Service provides AI-assisted analysis, training recommendations, and measurement tools.
We make no guarantees about accuracy, suitability, or completeness.
You should consult qualified professionals before making changes to exercise, diet, or health.
SwiftMo is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Service.

3. Data & Privacy

All user data is stored in accordance with GDPR (EU & UK) and relevant data protection laws.
We use personal data only for providing the Service, improving AI models, and scientific research where consent has been given.
You may request:
- Access to all your personal data
- Correction of inaccuracies
- Complete deletion of your data
We do not guarantee recovery of lost or corrupted data; users are responsible for local backups.
International users: SwiftMo applies similar data protection principles worldwide. Mandatory local laws may apply, but you can request deletion and access globally.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, content, and branding in SwiftMo remain property of SwiftMo or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without express written permission.

5. AI Limitations

Recommendations provided by AI are probabilistic and educational.
SwiftMo assumes no responsibility for:
- Inaccurate AI predictions
- Misinterpreted instructions
- Poor training outcomes
The AI is not a substitute for medical, health, or professional advice.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

All paid plans are billed via Paddle or other payment processors.
No refunds are guaranteed except where legally required.
You are responsible for subscription management, including cancellations.
International subscriptions: any taxes, fees, or currency conversions are the responsibility of the user.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SwiftMo excludes all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for:
- Injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from use of the Service
- Loss, corruption, or theft of data
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
For users outside Portugal, these disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftMo, its employees, affiliates, and licensors against claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

Primary law: Portuguese law. SwiftMo is a sole trader registered in Portugal.
International users: Your use of the Service is subject to Portuguese law, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
Any disputes shall, to the extent legally permitted, be resolved under Portuguese jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

SwiftMo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified via the app or email where required.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
